Guerlain — Angelique Noire

A green vanilla — which sounds like a contradiction but isn't. Angelica opens with a brief herbal, slightly sharp edge before the whole thing softens into a creamy, luminous vanilla that wears close to skin. Jasmine and caraway add quiet depth without announcing themselves. Not a gourmand, not a floral — something more refined and harder to place than either. Give it fifteen minutes before you judge it.
